How can I place an order?
Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the big purple button. If you place your order using your Keekabuu account, it will be even faster because we already know you. No account? You can also order without an account, we just need your details.

To place an order, you must first login to the Keekabuu website with your account. You will need your email address and password for this.
2.Place your product(s)
You can place items in the shopping cart in different ways. From the search results page, the item detail page, and from various order lists such as a favorites list.
Choose the desired quantity of a product and click the shopping cart icon or the order button, depending on where you are ordering from.
Cart
In the shopping cart you can see all the items you have added. Here you can remove items, check prices, and change quantities. Also, you can quickly add items by entering an item number.
If everything is correct, press the order button to continue.
4. Choose your delivery address
You can choose whether to have your order delivered or pick it up yourself at a branch of your choice.
Invoice and delivery address can be changed here if they are not automatically correct.
Check and send
In the last step, check your order one last time. If everything is correct, press complete order to send the order to Keekabuu.
You will receive a confirmation in your mailbox.
How do I cancel my order?
You can do this in My Keekabuu. You can only cancel if your order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it free of charge via the online store. return form.
Don't have a Keekabuu account? The quickest way to help you is through Customer Service. Send an email, that you want to cancel your order, with the order number.
How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

Have you ordered something to be sent to an incorrect address and haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Report it to our customer service. Then we will see if we can still adjust the address of the shipment. If you move, you can easily change your address in your Keekabuu account.
Are the prices listed inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices listed on our website include VAT.
I would like to file a complaint?
We are happy to resolve your complaint. The quickest way is to contact our customer service. We can be reached daily by phone and email. You will receive a substantive response from us within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
Not satisfied with the response? Look it up higher and write to our Customer Service Manager. You can email sevda@keekabuu.com or send a letter by mail to the address below. Within 7 business days you will have an answer.
