Does Keekabu have a secure payment environment?
Yes. Once you begin checkout you will enter a secure internet environment. This prevents others from sneaking a peek. Jetransaction data is sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You will recognize a secure SSL connection by the green lock in your browser.
In what ways can I pay?
Online you can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard or AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, AfterPay, Maestro and Keekabuu gift cards.

How can I redeem my gift certificate or voucher?
Click on "redeem gift certificate" during checkout. Enter your code(s) here. Make sure you spend the voucher in one go, otherwise the rest of the amount will be forfeited.
Why is my payment being verified?
We always check credit card payments due to fraud sensitivity. We feel it is important to protect our customers from fraudsters.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
All credit card payments go through a payment check with us. Unfortunately, we cannot share with you why the payment was declined. We assume of course that you have good intentions, but we must keep the check methods secret.
Your order is automatically cancelled and the reservation will expire within 3 business days. Would you still like to receive your order? Please place it again and choose another payment method.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?

Due to busy times on our payment platform, payments sometimes get delayed. Still haven't received an order confirmation after 1 hour? The quickest way to help you is via customer service . Send us a screenshot of your bank statement where the transaction number is visible via email to customer service. We will then send you the order confirmation. Also check your spam-box, sometimes your order confirmation arrives there. Is there no money withdrawn? Then the payment was not successful. You can then place your order again.
What if I have not received a refund?
It varies per bank how long it takes for the refund to reach your account. Is the amount still not in your account within 14 days? Please contact our customer service.
Where can I find the status of my refund?
Unfortunately you can't check that.
We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.

What is Klarna or AfterPay: Deferred payment?
Post-pay gives you the opportunity to pay within 14 days. Once the order is shipped you will receive an invoice via Klarna or AfterPay. You arrange the actual payment yourself with Klarna or AfterPay.

How does business ordering work?
Customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number should contact us before ordering. We can then verify your VAT number and set up your account so you can order VAT free. If you order without doing this, the site will automatically charge VAT. We cannot correct this afterwards.
